The One Sol Campaign was a project done in 2019 for the football club, Albuquerque Sol FC. There were 3 separate kits designed all incorporating the themes of inclusivity and togetherness.
The Albuquerque Sol FC was a football club dedicated to bringing the community together through the beautiful game, while providing the tools for athletes to build a professional career. The One Sol Campaign took place in 2019 to represent the family that the Sol was. There were 3 different kits designed to represent 'One Sol'. The main black kits include various elements to represent the local community, such as the zia symbol in the numbers, as well as the subtle pin stripe of the kit. The zia is a symbol recognized all across New Mexico. It is a representation of the sun, which is the word 'sol' in Spanish. It can also be found on the state flag.
